Questions Owners Ask
Is it legal where I live?
It depends on your city. Many cities allow renting rooms in the home you live in, and some do not allow short-term rentals at all. We check your exact address first and walk you through the permit.
Do I keep my own Airbnb account?
Yes. You stay the host and we are added as your co-host. The listing, the reviews and the payouts stay yours.
What about damage?
Airbnb includes AirCover for Hosts damage protection with every booking, and we screen every guest before accepting.
How much of my time does it take?
Close to none. Your part is the first walkthrough and a quick check of your monthly statement.
Why do you take a share instead of a flat fee?
Because then we only win when you do. If your home earns nothing, we earn nothing.
