LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We pack and ship all packages from Singapore using DHL or FedEx for all international shipments, with insurance included. For local shipments, our in-house team will make the delivery directly to you.
Once your order is completed on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive an email with tracking information.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
We are also not responsible for any items detained or otherwise confiscated by your country's customs office. Refunds will not be given for this situation. If you refuse the customs fees incurred by the customs department of your country, no refunds will be given in this scenario.
RETURNS
As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order. However, if you should wish to exchange a product or return a product for store credit, please contact us.
We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 10 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition, subject to a 10% stocking fee. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.
Once your return has been processed, your CINCIN credit will be sent to you via email. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
TAXES
If you are receiving an international shipment, you will be responsible for all taxes or duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which your shipment is being shipped.
